What sets us apart?
Our Team

We have a competitive advantage in equipment repairs because our vision is, fix it once and never have the equipment come back for repair again. While there are many factors that go into failure rates, ensuring a precision repair is one that we will make sure it has met or exceeds specifications. All pumps are repaired to the refining industry API standards, which are the most stringent in industry. All repairs receive a documented, thorough inspection with measurements taken on critical fits. The end user will receive the report showing as found data compared to what the specifications are and what is recommended for repair or replacement. All repairs and recommendations are based on a reliability-basis to ensure the cost is worth it, no more, no less to meet the customer outcome. Several choices are provided so the customer can choose (with data) what is the right option for them.

Reliability

  • All jobs have a reliability-focused inspection, repair and recommendation on options based on over 50 years of experience in heavy industry.
  • Our goal is to repair once and never have the equipment come back for repairs. Do it right the first time.

  • Solutions

  • Our shop has the ability to provide in house solutions to repairs and equipment issues.
  • We strive to be a one-stop shop to support the customer quick and efficiently.
  • On-site, staff machinist, tool and die-maker industry experience. We can make or repair most parts needed for a repair if they are long lead time or too expensive.
  • We can change metallurgy, provide coatings or other technology to provide or improve the repair

  • Support

  • If needed, we can support repairs on an expedited (schedule break) basis
  • How? We provide in house solutions that a typical repair shop has no capability or capacity to support.

  • Data Driven

  • We ensure repairs are performed to specific criteria, specifications and tolerances and share those with the customer for their mechanical integrity records.
  • There is no guessing about what the status of a part is when in our shop.
  • We can help you or provide a written and documented reliability strategy with calculations including cost, risk and efficiency to help drive your business investments at the right cost. It’s not a guess or a feeling, it’s data driven metric that you can invest in.
